Glycerol-Free Taq HS 50U/uL is supplied as a separate 10x, high‑performance glycerol‑free Taq DNA Polymerase, glycerol‑free Taq antibody and glycerol‑free enzyme dilution buffer. Separating these components allows greater flexibility in assay development, making Glycerol-Free Taq HS 50 U/uL suitable for difficult, multiplex PCR that require fast amplification, whilst maintaining both high specificity and sensitivity. Glycerol-Free Taq HS 50U/uL is ideal for PCR kit manufactures and PCR molecular test facilities, requiring large amounts of DNA polymerases. The highly concentrated Glycerol-Free Taq HS 50U/uL allows for concentrated bulk production of PCR master mixes and the glycerol free format is useful when using automated pipetting robots and other applications where accurate pipetting of small volumes is crucial.

Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable recombinant DNA polymerase, which exhibits very high activity in primer extension and other molecular biology applications. The enzyme is isolated from Thermus aquaticus and has a molecular weight of approximately 94 kDa. Taq DNA Polymerase has both a 5' to 3' DNA polymerase and a 5' to 3' exonuclease activity. The enzyme lacks a 3' to 5' exonuclease activity (no proofreading ability). Taq DNA Polymerase leaves an A prime overhang, which makes the enzyme ideal for TA cloning. Glycerol free Taq is ideal for automation and free drying applications. Included with Taq are Tween/Triton free 10x Ammonium Buffer and 10x Combination Buffer.

AS ONE's Taq DNA Polymerase Pre-Mix is a ready-to-use 2.0X reaction mix. Simply add primers, template, and water to successfully carry out primer extensions and other molecular biology applications. AS ONE Taq DNA Polymerase, the NH4+ buffer system, dNTPs, and magnesium chloride are present in Taq DNA Polymerase Mix. Each reaction requires 25 uL of the 2.0X reaction mix. Simply add primers, template and water to a total reaction volume of 50 uL. Taq DNA Polymerase Pre-Mix offers several advantages. Set up time is significantly reduced. The chance of contaminating component stocks is eliminated. Reduction of reagent handling steps leads to better reproducibility. Standard tests can be set up with the confidence that results will be consistent every time.

AS ONE Taq DNA Polymerase with red dye is a thermostable recombinant DNA polymerase, which exhibits very high activity in primer extension and other molecular biology applications. Taq contains a red dye which provides easy and quick identification of reactions to which enzyme was added and allows confirmation of complete mixing. The inert dye has no effect on downstream processes. Taq with Red Dye is added directly to the reaction mix and is used in the same manner as standard Taq DNA Polymerase. AS ONE Taq DNA Polymerase with red dye has both a 5' to 3' DNA polymerase and a 5' to 3' exonuclease activity. The enzyme lacks a 3' to 5' exonuclease activity. Deep Vent DNA Polymerase was the second high-fidelity thermophilic DNA polymerase available from New England Biolabs. The fidelity of Deep Vent DNA Polymerase is derived in part from an integral 3 5 proofreading exonuclease activity. Deep Vent is even more stable than Vent at temperatures of 95 to 100C.
